Go Live

Go live only after preview behavior is accepted.

Before enabling Live mode

Confirm three things:

• preview checks are complete,
• rollback owner is assigned,
• support contact is available during rollout.

Enable Live mode

1. Open Kea Labs settings in your platform admin.
2. Turn on Live mode.
3. Reload storefront and run smoke checks immediately.

First 15-minute smoke test

Right after enabling Live mode, test:

1. Search input visibility and typing.
2. Suggestions/dropdown behavior.
3. Results page and product links.
4. Filter/facet interactions.
5. Mobile layout and interactions.

If something breaks

Rollback first, investigate second.

Use this order:

1. Disable Live mode.
2. Confirm baseline storefront behavior is back.
3. Re-test in Preview and fix before next rollout attempt.
